Nick Koper
G’day,
My names Nick Koper, I’m the lead guide and owner of Koping In The Outback. From a young age my passion for the great outdoors has flourished - I’ve been adventure mad from day 1! I’ve lived a life which has enabled me to follow my dreams and passions. My desire for remote touring and big nature has taken me all over our amazing country and has filled me with experiences I love to share.
As a commercial helicopter pilot and having worked extensively in remote agriculture throughout most corners of Australia, I come well-rounded with the skills and knowledge to reach the most remote locations Australia has to offer. I can get us there and get us home safely. I’m taking my 10 plus years of remote area experience and bringing people along to experience the very best that Outback Australia has to offer.

How we got our name!
It’s unique and a little corny depending who you ask. But being born a Koper its no surprise I manage well in the outbacks harsh environment. Our name arose many years ago when Nick and mates were camping and one commented “Geez mate, you know what you’re doing!? You’re Koping In The Outback - the slogan stuck ever since!
I continue to ‘Kope’ in the outback and help other to do so as well. So welcome to my 4x4 adventure business Koping in The Outback!
